Who will join who, will so and so turn on so and so because he attacked his best friend from another gang, will gangs join together to take on another gang, gangs forming then disbanding due to disagreements on attack plans, maybe somebody is acting like a leader and some find him selfish in his actions etc.

That's a GREAT idea. By having all these stables popping up, you have forced alliances. That would fix so many problems in the WWE. Tag teams would be easily fixed, and it sets up a ranking system much better. An actual division can be formulated from this. You can have websites on WWE.com telling us about a stable, its members and their ranks. It could even spark a new era in the WWE, and could recreate the essence of rebellion in the WWE. Think about it if John Cena stood out by himself and challenged for the WWE Title.
I can just image a "War Games" style tournament, where stables all pick out four members to face off in a tournament style thing. You can have them all play eight-man tag rules, or an entirely different match-type, and then have the finals in a War Games match.
