But I was talking about the WWE, currently. Things may change 3 months from now, but we don't know for sure.

Yet as of right now, giving Cena the title would be the same as them blowing their load on Orton's face turn way too soon. It would have an adverse affect and in the long run would not be as successful if they waited. JBL is a good heel to have as champion, because they can build his character up to the point to where whoever beats him, would be major.
