I'm surprised that they are having so many actual matches before the Rumble. Especially with a last man standing match on the card. Usually the Royal Rumble only has about 4 or 5 matches before the Rumble.
If you read the smackdown spoilers they added a few more rumble entrants and two more matches.

Rey vs Noble
Both were added, but I have the feeling the cruiserweight match and maybe the womens match from Raw will get pushed down to Heat.
