Uh yes, he does deserve to be there. He doesn't deserve to main event, but he still does deserve to be there. He was a huge reason why the company was a success in 2000 and he deserves to be there just as much as any other WWE superstar. Sure he just shows up just when Mania rolls around, but him doing movies does help out the WWE's exposure beyond the ring itself.
