I still say they should look oversees for some of their talent. Japan has really good female wrestlers to spare, and by really good I mean better than half the men's locker room in the WWE.

The most bad ass finisher I've ever seen performed by a woman was this insane variation of a German suplex, where she crossed her opponent's arms and put her head between her opponent's legs and just drilled her victim's head into the mat and held it for a bridge.
