I rented it when it first came out and I thought it was kinda boring also. I just didnt get that sucked into the gameplay. Most people have said its great and even some people have declared it the best RPG to ever come out but to me its no Final Fantasy. Those are games that I can really get into.

But to make things short.....yes it is a little boring.
