Shamrock was a perfect ir for the IC Title and was one of those guys that when you needed a face to step up and challenge the biggest heel, he was perfect for that. Shamrock was great in the ring and good on the mic. When he hooked that ankle lock, people stood up and cheered. I don't know how 6's come into play here
For the record Ken Shamrock never held the Hardcore title . And if you are going to argue the point that if the WWF gives someone a title they clearly are talented, Jeff Hardy has won the IC, Tag, Euro, Hardcore, and Light-Heavyweight Titles in the WWF, does that make him more talented then Christopher Daniels who has only jobbed on Jakked for the WWF?

Oh oh oh...and while we get to talk the talk, my personal favorite wrestler of all time (Billy Gunn) has won the IC Title, AND the Tag Title, AND the King of the Ring...all that Shamrock has done, except he also has a run as the Hardcore Champion...now outside of me how many people would say that Billy Gunn is better then Sting, because as well all know Sting never wrestled for the WWF...

Just becuase Ron Waterman never got a chance to make his impact on WWF T.V. doesn't mean he wasn't a phenominal wrestler. In my eyes, and from matches I have seen from him he does a better job then Ken Shamrock. You can be mega over without having a drop of in ring skill, if you want proof look at Ultimate Warrior...you can have a good gimmick and it doesn't mean your a good wrestler, if you want proof look at Hulk Hogan...you can have a major title during a period of great company success and it doesn't mean your great, if you want proof look at Goldberg.

Ken Shamrock in my eyes isn't anything more then a slightly above average wrestler...which is why I gave him a slightly above average (which in theory is a 5) score of 6.
