How does the Packers inability to penitrate a good defense fit into that though? Look at their games against Phily and Jax, they couldn't do a thing. Beating Minnesota when they are as low as they are really isn't an accomplishment. Its possible, of course, but its not as likely as they are making it seem.
The Eagles losing of TO isn't as devistating as we are told to believe. They still have one helluva defense, and don't bring the lost cornerbacks into this, because they haven't been a factor and the addition of Javon Kearse on the d-line has been huge. I don't believe that the Philly team is the same as all the others, in my opinion the team as a whole has grown, but even if not the NFC is so weak that the Eagles of the past three years could still waltz through it.
I don't think any team is going to be pulling off major upsets in the NFC, but my gut feeling is the Rams. They have the explosive offense with Bulger back, and that win over the Jets last week showed some character for that team. They have been really inconsistant all season, but it seems like they showed up for big games and left some slack on the other ones. Once again, I doubt it will happen, but if a team is going to break out I predict the Rams over the Packers.
