Assuming that its not too late in changing his gimmick, I'd have him act like "Casey Jones" from the TV Show,
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
Have him dress, act, and talk like Casey Jones.
Have him come down to the ring (with a cricket stick, baseball bat, hockey stick, etc. in his case). Have him wear a goalie mask, etc.
I think it would be a bit goofy, but funny as well.

But then again - I have a bizzarre sense of humor. I 'LOL' every time Simon Dean cuts a promo.
