hehe maraudon is fun.
I went and did a little in game research just go see what requiem is talking about.
I made a warrior and a mage, and played both of them til 10th level, neither of them had cool items, just to see what the health difference was.
The difference is, mages dont get near as many hp's per level as war's do. Right off, war's start out at 1st with the most hp, and they get the most hp per level. The mage was getting like 20-30 per level and the war was averaging 40-50 per level. So their's your difference.
I could see how a mage could get a lot of hp, but they have to sacrifice something to gain that hp. Most mages go stam + int, and they sacrifice agi. A war on the other hand, doesnt really sacrifice anything when they get their hp buffs. You dont have to go agility, because war's dodge bonus is real lame, and you get to wear plate eventually.
I cant stand when people complain about classes. I see it everyday in the general chat. Either someone is complaining and bitching about how 1 class is WAY stronger then another class, or someone is complaining about 1 particular thing with their class. I think the classes are fine the way they are. If blizzard would go and change something, more people would bitch about whatever they changed, and talked about how this class is to overpowered and this class is to underpowered. I dont think any of the classes are underpowered. All of the classes can have really strong builds, for certain things.
War's arent good for 1v1 pvp, but if you stick them into a raid, they serve a lot more of purpose because they have a lot of crowd control.
All classes have particular things they are better at then other classes.
