I don't know if this one has been done or not, but I like it.

Figure-Four Leg Drop

Got the idea from Dusty Rhodes vs Ric Flair. Dusty had a way of putting the Figure-Four on Flair that didn't involve spinning around like most folks do, though I can't really explain it (it kinda looked like he was about to do a Texas Cloverleaf)

Anyways, here's my idea. Once your opponent's legs are in the Figure-Four position (but before you're on the ground to complete the hold), jump up, hook your free leg over your opponent's, and legdrop him into the submission. It'd look painful as hell (but would probably be hard as hell to do without breaking your opponent's shin)
