1) you just go to the site
2) put your e-mail in the recievers e-mail
3) Click Browse and find the file on your computer
4) Then click submit or send or whatever is was.
5) When it's done, go to your e-mail and get the link
6) Post the link on TPWW
7) It only stays up for about a week
