Jason Sensation was a big fan of Owen Hart. Owen spotted him up in Canada doing his impressions and asked the wwe if they could find a way to use him.
If you watch "wrestling with shadows", there's a part in it where you'll see Jason with a megaphone, saying Bret is still our hero, we're behind him 100 percent, we love the Hitman, then he does an Owen "Woooooo".
Yep, that was him.
And yeah, he also did HBK in that parody.
