Average age is the least of the factors that I am talking about when I say they are inexperienced. I am talking about years as a starter, playoff experience, years together as a team, etc. IMO Ray Allen is the only all star caliber player on the Sonics right now and the only player with lots of experience. All five of the Suns starters could be considered all-star caliber in my opinion.

The average age factor isn't even accurate. The Suns don't play their whole team, Steve Nash is 31 and has been in the playoffs with the Mavericks for like the past five years or so. Shawn Marion is 27 and has been in the playoffs before. Marion and Stoudemire played in the Olympics. Johnson, Amare, and Marion have been playing with each other for three years now. Nash and Marion have both played in the all star game, Amare was rookie of the year, and Amare and Joe Johnson both played in the rookie all star game. That is experience and proven talent that I think the Suns have and the Sonics don't.

I like the Sonics as much as the next guy, they are one of my favorite teams too, but to honestly think that they finish the year as hot as they started is novice. I say in my opinion after I state my opinion because it is my opinion and if I didn't state that I would have the same people whining "Just because its your opinion doesn't mean its the only thing thats right."
