As much as I am a Jeff Hardy fan....what a coup it would've been if he had won the Strap from 'Taker. Imangine how over he would've been with the fans. Unfortuenetly...he was burned out at the time. Not only from the travel fatigue but also from the drugs. Poor kid gave it his all and was just shy of winning it all.
Now....imagine if he was at full strength and at full intensity. Man what a champ he would've made.
