Okay, here are a few moves I've used to win fights.
DDT (the first fight I ever won... it was on a hard surface)
Rings of Saturn
Back mounted Tazzmission (check it in the SmackDown games, the Tazzmission/Camel Cluth combo)
Walls Of Jericho (sit down on it!)
Ankle Lock
Front face choke hold with body scissors (oh man! Made the guy tap like a little wench in front of his girlfriend!)

Underhook DDT
Death Valley Driver
