Eddie Guerrero's popularity has worked against him, IMO. He can't really turn heel, unless they really have him turn evil, and I don't know if that will even work.

I think the easiest thing to do with Guerrero is send him over to RAW. I know a lot of people are creaming themselves over Triple H vs. Batista at WrestleMania, but why not have JBL vs. Batista vs. John Cena in the main event and have Triple H vs. Eddie Guerrero for the World Heavyweight Championship as RAW's lead match.

I do think Eddie Guerrero would make an excellent heel, though. Have him as the slimeball that plays the heel, and even if he gets cheered it doesn't matter. I think with great writing and character developement, Eddie would eventually become really hated.

I would LOVE to see a video start playing with Eddie Guerrero in the stands of an empty football stadium with a member of the hometown team (one that lost recently) telling them how much they suck, in person.

He would probably get a lot of laughs, but he's be the slimeball and the guy who deserves to have his ass handed to him, and that makes him a heel, IMO. If he's a heel that sells merchandise, all the power to him.
