Welcome to THE BEST CAPTIONS OF THE MONTH! It's been gone but not forgotten as I bring this back. It was hard looking for the best of the rest but here they are. So here are the rules.. and btw, I love my banner!

-Vote for your favorite by PMing me or posting on this thread. ONE VOTE per poster.

-If you don't like any of the caps I have choosen, use your vote to pick a WILD CARD caps from past January cap threads. The top WILD CARD will be put up on the list 2 days before voting is over. BTW, that vote for the WILD CARD = one vote as well.
