Ok, maybe a little harsh but i couldn't help myself
And you know for certain he'll never come back? We've had people leave on BAD terms with the company, or even SUE the company and come back. Just because his current obligations are done, doesn't mean he won't return.

Then again, I understand how dumb fanboys are so easily hurt.
