Jericho is great on the mic no doubt. Also Jericho is better the wrestler of the 2.

The Rock however revolutionized the business. He is the one who redefined mic skills.

Also the Rock wasn't subpar in the ring I would put him above average.

I like Chris Jericho but if I had a choice to watch the Rock or Chris Jericho I would chose the Rock.
