Boogeyman
Just got in from seeing it. Decent movie, okay plot with one little confusing element that mixes it up. Makes you jump a few times, mostly from the suspense, not really scary persay.

On a scale of 10 I'd say about a 6.5 to 7.

If you're a thriller/suspense genre fan then it would be worth the $8. If you're not big on the genre it can wait for a renter.
