I'd like to think of it as Stacy is your last chance. If you're going down the tubes, they stick you with Stacy, and if you still can't get over, they don't bother with you anymore.

And to whoever said that Stacy was blowing McMahon to keep her job....yeah. You've got it on the nose right there. She's completely unable to get over and putting her on the card will actually cause people to STOP buying tickets.
