I love these totally useless localization patches that cause more problems than solve. FFS, when are they going to release a content patch, and one that works?

They also fixed a belt that was used by a lot of melee classes to get out of root/entangle effects. Was a right-click belt, and the cooldown was broken, so it had NO cooldown. I'd say that's a pretty good fix at least..
