Ok I was looking through my bios, and under voltage, this is what it says:

VCore - 1.6v
+5V - 5.22v
I/O - 3.36
+12v - 0.24v

that last thing was red...which means bad. And I assume since it said + 12v next to it, it is suppost ro read over 12 volts, but its at .24...I assume this is bad. Is there any way to fix this without getting a new power source? And could this be the problem to my WC3 Restartage?
