Everytime I watch smackdown, I'm doing other shit at the same time. Today i had smackdown on my tv tuner and was playing tales of symphonia at the same time.
The only times I had my head turned towards smackdown:
-Reigns promo on taker
-Angle/Cena Promo
-Booker T and Heidenreich promo
-Cena vs Booker T
-The end with batista, and the JBL segments
that's not a lot.... and on raw I'm totally tuned into raw with no distractions, throughout the entire show... it's not that smackdown doesn't have good superstars, or storylines it's just that the "feeling" isn't there...
- JR puts in so much emotion onto everything, raising it accordingly for mark out moments, something Tazz and Cole never do
- It isn't live, that ruins a lot. You know if something big is going to happen you will see 10 threads that spoil it right in their title, and the live atmosphere isn't there
- Kurt Angle Invitational.. wtf, stop beating on newbies who will make it nowhere, IT IS POINTLESS AND STUPID, make better use of angle, PLEASE
- The Theme.. it changes everyday, get something good and Stick with it, the current theme sucks and we have to hear it the entire show
- It always ends on time, there's not that feeling that it could go into overtime and something awesome can still happen
Those are just some of the reasons smackdown isn't as fun to watch as raw is (for me), the superstars and storylines (besides invitational, and maybe the non-promo non-build cruiserweight title matches.. and big show cuz he bores me) aren't what make me lose interest
To those who said smackdown doesn't have good superstars, or doesn't make stars out of people... Booker T (better than on raw), Kurt Angle, Luther Reigns (getting there), Big Show (better than on raw), Brock Lesnar (even though he's gone), Eddie, JBL, Funaki (so far, as long as it isn't short lived), and of course John FK'N Cena.
and i'm done ranting.

This is the first theme I've really HATED on Smackdown. Just thought I'd mention that. The Angle invitational seems dragged out and pointless, but it goes to cap a point. You argue the point of no/underused stars, mention Kurt, yet complained about where he's at. This is a misuse of great talent. You had to use an example of someone who's almost been gone a year, and a ton of underused talent.
I'm not concerned at all with the live issue, and I'm certainly not writing to "hate on" smackdown. like TNA, I really wish it wasn't so shitty right now. I WANT to give a fuck.
I spent half of Smackdown on the phone, the other half reading or chatting with Raising Kane and Danny Electric. I wish it was more exciting. I mean, Raw isn't perfect, but it makes me pay a little more attention, feels more compelling, and god I feel dirty saying that.
UNCLEAN! IT WON'T COME OFF!
