I'd have to agree with it being a bad decision. For one, there's absolutely zero buildup. And even if Orton were to win, there'd still be little sense to it. It'd seem like a freak event.
And turning Orton heel doesn't make sense with the current direction they're going with him. I never heard about the tag match off, but I'd much rather seen Reigns extend his feud with Taker into Wrestlemania. Luther cut some awesome promos and I'm really getting into his character. He's impressed me a lot with his skills, especially for a "hoss."
