While we're on the subject of Mae Young giving birth to a hand (which we shouldn't be), I thought I'd give a little bit of insight to that scenario the best that I think I can...
...apparently, that hand sort of deal was some sort of a masturbatory instrument from way back in the day. With Mae Young, the implication storyline-wise was that she wasn't pregnant, but actually got this masturbatory instrument stuck inside her way back in the day, and it worked its way out when Mark Henry was plugging her.
