Ok for those of you who dont get it....

Change of Heart is a game show of some sorts

A couple, I assume it's that girl and The Game, go out with other people. Then at the end, they decide whether they're gonna stay with their partner or go with the new one.

Conclusion, Game got dumped by his girl for the other guy.
