Ok, I watched it last night (finally).
It's funny for the first few minutes, then it gets really really dull. Seth Green and the Home Alone kid (not gonna bother trying to spell his name) play really over the top flamboyant club kids who are funny at first but get very annoying as it goes. Marilyn Manson's character was kinda funny but they killed her off pretty quickly.
It was only an hour and a half, but it felt like a 3 hour movie. It's got some pretty disgusting things in it too, for example the Home Alone kid is taking a bath with a girl, he admits to peeing in the bath, they both start laughing and spitting the peed in water at each other. It's gross.
I was surprised at the number of recognizable people in it, besides the main characters there was Wilmer Valderamma (Fez), the chick that plays Jessica on American Pie, Dillon McDermott, Mia Kirshner, Chloe Sevigny, etc etc etc.
Long story short, I wouldn't pay to see this movie. If it shows up on cable or something and you want a quick laugh you should turn it on for about 10 mins. Any longer than that and you'll start to hate yourself for being alive.
