Too many. I like Paulie because he is just a silly drunk and hates everything, from robots to pinball machines. And Apollo, without him there would be no badass quotes and silly little gay running-through-the-beach scenes with Rocky.

But my fav would have to be Clubber. He was so kool, I mean just look at him when he is in the crowd, looking at Rocky's fight. DEADMEAT.
