Also I'm talking about in-ring ability only here.

I've seen most of Jericho's stuff and I can't think of a time where he carried a match on his own (succesfully). Every classic match that he had someone else carried. I also think Jericho gets nervous under pressure. He couldn't carry a rusty HHH to a 4 star match at Mania 18 which I belive Angle, Guerrero, or Benoit could haved easily done
