Jericho, in his current situation, reminds me of Raven. Most people respect them, and are fans of them, because of the work they've done in the past. Their in-ring abilities may not be what they used to be, but there's not a doubt in my mind that you could market their companies around a solid title run and plenty of mic time.

So is Jericho overrated? I don't think so. However, I'll agree that his "rating" is not solely based on his in ring work in the WWE.
