What about Steve Blackman too? I just remembered his name for some reason, and I don't really ever recall him being full-on heel. I know that he and Shamrock feuded & Steve was sort of heel, but was he ever officially a heel heel?
Either way I guess that counts, just thought I'd ask that, since it's bothering me.
