Its not the worst idea in the world.
I mean it was the original plan when Orton and Cena were going to be champs.
As was mentioned, it would create a bunch of fresh matches on both shows in the World Title scene.
I would feel bad for Cena though, because he's be taking a lot of Pedigrees and killing his chances to get over.
Still though, Cena on RAW would be better for his gimmick, because the language restrictions are looser.
The only problem is that I think the Batista-HHH and especially the JBL-Cena programs still have life beyond Mania, and if they were to swap those programs would die prematurely. Maybe if they could come up with some way to switch them around Summerslam time it might be better. Maybe have Batista fued with Bischoff on RAW and on SD have Teddy Long get in trouble because Cena keep swearing, so he's forced to trade him. They have a big press conference on a RAW and announce Cena and Batista have been traded for one another.
