Taker doesn't want to lay down. And most people get on his jock because they're rabid Taker fanboys. One such fanboy called me a 'Taker hater' because I said he should lay down while he was still relavent. HE seems to appeal to the same crowd as Hulkamania...A nostalgia crowd.

To be honest, people don't get it. I want Hogan, Taker, Flair, etc. gone because I'd rather they remain in the past, when they were actually contemporary. Anyone who called me a "Flair hater" would get met with a resounding "are you retarded?" Because Flair WAS awesome. Taker WAS awesome. The problem is watching these sagging old shells that used to be good wrestlers. Especially when Taker's basically using pull to keep on top.

In fairness, Taker's not married to the boss' daighter. He also doesn't NEED to be, but let's be fair. Triple H is a bigger threat to people because 1) He's not popular, and 2) He's actually pretty much guaranteed tenure. This, in their eyes, is more of a threat.

Of course, that's dumb, but whatever. They're justifying one streak while cursing another one. No surprises here, and no wonder that Smackdown is the crappier show.
