Right click on the image and go "save as" Then save it to a folder.
When your in word, click Insert, picture, from file, then navigate to the picture you want.
You can then right click on the pic, and click "format picture", You then go to layout and choose the wrapping style you want, if you go "in front of text" you can drag it to wherever you like in the document
