YEA, heard this. And that's why I think they really didn't start up anything really new on Raw because they will be switching things up soon.
I think they realize, hopefully, that Smackdown needs a llittle help right now and they will fix it.
Like I mentioned before, they need to concentrate the the upper mid card-main event guys for the draft. They need some heels from Raw definately. Guys like Christian and Orton should go over. Guerrero is probably turning and maybe Show can turn heel. Then you can also bring over some faces from Raw, like HBK.
On Raw, maybe Smackdown can lose JBL if they bring over some good heels from Raw. Maybe RVD can also go to Raw when he comes back.
Also, what about Brock? Maybe he'll make a return to Smackdown in the future.
But anyway, it's just a matter of equality with both shows and I think they will makes some good moves come draft day.
