No, I would have been saying this last year too and the year before that. Since the Red Sox where much better last year, and the year before that aswell.
I don't put much stock into April that's all. I remember the Red Sox going 8-2 againest the Yankees to start the season and taking a 5 game lead in the AL East or something like that then they ended up being out of 1st place by 10 games. It's early...REAL early. I wasn't going to be surprised with win from the Jays rhough. They had their #1 ace going, not to mention one of the best pitchers in MLB. I could be eating my words but I highly doubt the Blue Jays will finish ahead of the Red Sox when all is said and done.
