Yeah sure, it's unrealistic. That's the only criticism that can be said here.
Other than that however, my idea would greatly help BOTH shows.
-People who deserve to be main-eventers, would be main-eventers. Jericho and Benoit would no longer be receiving cum facials in the mid-cards. They would be at or near the top of RAW (along with Angle and HBK). The cruisers would (gasp!) actually get 'over' on RAW since they're wrestling styles would be far easier to integrate with the rest of the roster.
-Smackdown would have a lot of dream match-ups, while the overall quality of wrestling wouldn't be too bad.
