JOKE ANSWER:

Southern heavyweight titles were often segregated during that period. For example, Mick Foley might be the LIGHT Heavyweight Champion, while Bobo Brazil would be the DARK Heavyweight Champion. The two would wrestle in separate matches in separate arenas. They couldn't use the same locker rooms and had to go to different wrestling schools. It was all truly tragic.
