Although I'd love to see an Angle dvd now, I think he'll be retired in 2 years or so, so for that amount of time you may as well wait until then to release the DVD, as he's bound to have at least 3 more great matches before he calls it quits. As of now though I'd love to see
- Angle debut match
- All of Angle's K.O.T.R 2000 matches
- Him winning European title
- Him winning IC Title
- Each of his 4 WWE Championship wins.

... Plus many more matches I can't think of right now.
Also I'd like to see some of his feuds in there, and segments from Raw! and SmackDown!
