This is just totally out of left field but now that i think about it I think there were feather boas (pink and black) on the "heart throbs" jokesters--theres your clowns folks, but Hogan wasn't wearing his red and yellow boa...So Vince can spend a few bucks on 2 boas but not 3...Oh, yeah wait, non-existent "travel" and "surgery" "expenses".
