Viscera doesn't need Val Venis holding him back. At this point in time, I think the only worthy tag partner for Viscera would be Hulk Hogan. A possible "A-Team" reformation would be pretty cool.

p.s. I think Nowhere Man should be banned for 3 days. He can use those 3 days to get some perspective.
