1994 for instance saw the releases of albums by soundgarden, STP, Green Day, Nirvana, Bush, Live, Pearl Jam, Weezer, OLP, AIC and so many others..well 94/95...up to 1996, then when 97 hit, you started to see a bit of the decline of alternative nation. At least for mainstream wise popularity.
