I admit it. I'd like to be considered a serious artist. But I have no problem using my talents for money. In fact, I'm trying to get a comp role from one of the local producers. It's art film stuff, won't pay much, but if I can nail that, it'd rock.

But the point in knocking it off quickly is that being talented does not validate the music you do. Bach and many of the other great composers wrote simplistic stuff. That doesn't mean that it was the pinnacle of their acheivements, or that all the music they wrote took amazing talent.

I know it's not an underground elite movement. Note I said that you were portraying it like knowing what trance is is in any way something special.
