actually what he is saying is that they dont wait long enough. as soon as a wrestler gets pops as a heel, they turn him face.
and another thing...wwe is doing it, and this is a big reason why wwe is ruining wrestling, so as fans we need to stop doing it - STOP LOOKING FOR THE NEXT ROCK OR THE NEXT STONE COLD. Christian got his following by being Christian. we dont want him to be The Rock. that's basically how they ruined Cena.
