I couln't really tell you to be honest as I didn't start watching wrestling until 1999. But judging by videos, Goldust's breakup with Marlena (Terri Runnels) ****ed with his head. Around Survivor Series 1997, Goldust walked out of a 4 v 4 Survivor Series match tagging with Steve Blackman, Marc Mero and Vader, leaving Vader, the sole surviving member of Team USA to fight several members of team Canada (Jim Neidhart, Doug Furnas, Phil LaPhon and Davey Boy Smith) Early in 1998 "The artist formerly known as Goldust" paired up with Luna Vachon. Somewhere in between Marlena and Luna, was when that started, but again, I don't honestly know. :meh:
