I think he said it after the Hogan/HBK match or when Christian was in the ring.

I can't remember when but I'm sure he did say it and I think J.R kinda gave it away that Christian might be going to SmackDown! because he said something like "Christian could be WW....World Heavyweight Champion" or he could have changed it because he was gonna say WWF.
