'WOOOOOOO'
I was wondering, who originated the 'WOOOO'? Was it Flair? I know that Sting, Kurt Angle and Owen Hart does/used to do it as well, but I'm not sure who originally did it. (With it catching on, I don't mean once or twice someone going 'woooo'.)
