And for this reason, I think they should pick an unknown.

Let's not forget what happens when big stars play iconic superhero characters. We get Halle Berry's Catwoman, Ben Affleck's Daredevil, and George Clooney's Batman.

Besides, Joss Whedon is good at casting unknowns. Look at the cast of "Firefly." Sure, Adam Baldwin and Nathan Fillion were moderately known, but had anyone ever heard of Jewel Staite? Or Summer Glau?

So, it doesn't have to be somebody brand new, but don't cast Kim Basinger, Salma Hayek, Jessica Biel, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Sandra Bullock, or Jennifer Lopez.

Although, of the ones on the provided list, I guess I'd go with Salma Hayek, because she's the most exotic-looking of the bunch, and Wonder Woman is supposed to be descendant from Greek gods.

Right now, I think I'd like to see Morena Baccarin as WW. She's worked with Joss before ("Firefly," "Serenity"), but she's not a household name. Plus...

She's beautiful!
